The Council of Conduct will appoint two (2) Council of Conduct Members from the registrar community in a random manner. Those two (2) members, together with a EURid staff member and one (1) Council of Conduct Member from the consumer organisations appointed by EURid, will need to rule on a complaint that was brought to the attention of the Council of Conduct. They will jointly deliberate and then reject or accept by simple majority the complaint and pronounce a sanction as provided for in the Code of Conduct.
Reserve Members of the Council of Conduct may also be appointed to rule on a complaint brought to the attention of the Council of Conduct.
