The language of the complaint procedure, including the notifications to and from the complainant, the notifications to and from the involved registrar, the notifications to and from the members of the Council of Conduct assigned to the complaint will be English, unless otherwise unanimously agreed upon by all the parties involved, i.e. the registrar against whom the complaint was filed, the complainant and the members of the Council of Conduct handling the complaint.
